My quest for the perfect cooking technique

My love affair with cooking began in my mom’s kitchen when I was only 10 years old. Starting with simple dishes today I have graduated to becoming a fully fledged home cook, whose food is relished by friends and family. I am proficient in a wide range of cooking skills and techniques, which I use to make my food taste and look good.

I am on the constant look out for new skills and techniques to make food look and taste good, while being healthy and preserving their nutrients. Sous vide cooking was a result of this quest, which I found to be a perfect method to cook healthy food without losing any of its taste and nutrients.
